Hips, shoulders, happy neck & back

Starting with 5 a minute meditation, setting a positive intention for mind and body.  We’ll then move into gentle movements to warm up, moving into asanas to strengthen the muscles for a healthier range of motion and joint stability.  We will then try variations of a few big poses to challenge both mind & body and finish with some wonderful deep stretches that will encourage our bodies to open to a fuller range of motion.

At the conclusion off the class a brief Q & A session will help to deepen your understanding of the asanas touched on today.
